Description
Ai Fiori is seeking a Sous Chef to join the team. The candidate should be a skilled, career-minded individual in search of a rewarding and unique kitchen management position. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about cooking and possess a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities include:
-Executing and managing the following stations: pasta, saute, garde manger, and a wood burning grill
-Managing and training line cooks
-Ordering and tracking inventory
-Maintaining health department, food quality, and restaurant standards at all times
Requirements include:
-Excellent cooking skills
-3 years of relevant restaurant experience
-Able to handle a fast-paced environment and manage pressure well
-Responsible, respectful and team player
-Great work ethic and committed to being the best
