Ai Fiori is an award-winning restaurant located at the Langham Place Hotel on Fifth Ave featuring the cuisine of acclaimed chef, Michael White. Meaning ‘Among the Flowers’ in Italian, Ai Fiori showcases the modern interpretations of cuisine from the French and Italian Rivieras, and selectively looks for individuals who have an entrepreneurial spirit and who thrive in an environment that demands excellence in every dimension. Under the leadership of Chef de Cuisine, Scott Schneider, and General Manager, Eliza Poehlman, Ai Fiori strives to provide superb cuisine and seamless service through teamwork and execution.

We seek professional Assistant Servers (Front Waiters) who are interested in working in a high quality and high volume environment. We are looking for staff who have a passion for food, beverage and hospitality paired with a strong work ethic and desire to be part of a team.

Responsibilities include:
Support the Captain to manage and oversee the dining experience of each guest
Engage with guests to create an exceptional and memorable experience
Work as a team player to meet the demands of the restaurant

Requirements:
Prior serving experience
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to remain calm and organized in a high-volume environment
Considerable base knowledge of beer and wine
Candidate should demonstrate an energetic and friendly personality
