Sous Chef

Our Chefs lead a culture of safety and promote a positive working environment. They also plan and direct food preparation and all culinary activities.

Qualifications? Entry-level experience in managing fast-paced, high volume restaurants and leading a team. Ability to work well under pressure, while following the recipes and maintaining consistency. Full time flexibility and availability is required. Ability to quickly find solutions to any issues that arise and having excellent project execution. Ability to lead and develop a team. Must be well organized and knowledgeable about food safety regulations.
