Description
WHO:
We need a strong Operations Manager who’s great with people, knows about hotel operations and can lead a close-knit team.

THEY SHOULD:
- Be a hands-on manager who leads from the front, whilst balancing operational and business needs
- Be good at developing others
- Be personable and engaging. with great communication skills
- Have natural rapport and be able to strike up relationships with our guests
- Have an eye for sales and help develop the business
- Encourage a strong working relationship between all departments
- Be organised, motivated and able to step up when the GM is away
- Be confident in managing and motivating a team of managers
- Have management experience in a similar environment

WHERE:
Located in the picturesque village of Amberley in the beautiful West Sussex countryside, Amberley Castle is a unique luxury hotel steeped in over 900 years of history. With 4 AA red stars, 3 AA rosettes, and a member of Relais & Châteaux, Amberley Castle gives our team the chance to work in a castle with quality and style.
The hotel can offer both on and off-site staff accommodation in order to help the newest members of the team to re-locate, so they can settle into life at the hotel and local area in comfort.
