We need a Reception Manager who loves to work with people and is passionate about good service.

THEY SHOULD:
- Be passionate about hospitality, and thrive on working as part of a team
- Be personable and engaging
- Have the ability to deliver great customer service and develop relationships with our guests
- Be knowledgeable the hotel and good at developing others
- Have the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Be committed to their own personal development and that of the team
- Be organised, motivated and able to manage a small but passionate team
- Be confident using IT

WHERE:
Located in the picturesque village of Amberley in the beautiful West Sussex countryside, Amberley Castle is a unique luxury hotel steeped in over 900 years of history. With 4 AA red stars, 3 AA rosettes, and a member of Relais & Châteaux, Amberley Castle gives our team the chance to work in a castle with quality and style.
The hotel can offer both on and off-site staff accommodation in order to help the newest members of the team to re-locate, so they can settle into life at the hotel and local area in comfort.
