ASSISTANT DUTIES

• Restaurant outreach
o Visit and call restaurants to gather information on Maître’s, Managers, Reservationists. Collect menus, restaurant information (Capacity, PDR, Hours of Operation, Menu Specialty items).

• Nightclub Outreach
o Visit and call venues to gather information on VIP Hosts, Managers, Reservationists. Collect menus, Venue information (Capacity, Days/Hours of Operation, Menu Specialty items)

Marketing campaigns

o Assist with setting up presentations, work would include using PowerPoint, adobe, and other presentation software.
o Developing marketing emails for events and venue marketing.
o Cold calling for upcoming events.
o Creating the monthly newsletter

Database management

o Maintaining an accurate and up to date database of all guests and venues/partners.
• Research and Development
o Staying up to date with the latest events, trends, and openings
o Connecting with PR agencies to get access to the best events is a great way to get access. Maintaining great friendships with the PR teams is important.

Updating calendars/Office administration

o Sending calendar reminders, updating information, confirming reservations/appointments, organizing the office needs and supplies.
o Making Reservations for Clients (Lifestyle side)

Event Management Assistance

o Helping put together all aspects of the event for the off site and weekly events that AMPM holds. This includes but is not limited to creating partnerships, sponsors, coordinating with the marketing teams (promotions), having the staff ready on site, going through operations the day of, and assisting the day of the event.
