Maitre d' (Guest Relation Manager)


Description


We are currently looking for a Guest Relations Manager to join our successful team. As Guest Relations Manager you will be responsible for maintaining the best guest relation standards working alongside the Reception, Marketing and Sales teams. We are looking for a candidate who is highly organized, with excellent communication and time management skills.

Your main responsibilities will include:

· Ensuring excellent guest experience and responding to any issues in a timely manner
· Supporting the reception team as required with queue management
· Analysing daily end of shift reports and recommending best improvement strategies
· Developing key relationships with industry contacts and concierges
· Copywriting, auditing and updating the website content on a daily basis
· Updating social media platforms as required
