Angler Restaurant - Our Native coasts rich and plentiful bounty of all things Fish, Shellfish & Crustacea, will form the principal elements of the menu; the food will draw inspiration principally from the wonderful roots of British Fish “Cookery” together with some European influences to bring additional choice & balance.

Role:

We are looking for a passionate Receptionist who can confidently deliver exceptional, 5 star service to guests. At the same time, our Receptionist will have the service knowledge and skills to support the team in order to deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will have a real pride and passion for what you do, with the ability to build rapport and long term relationships with guests.

What our Receptionists have to deliver:

• Exceptional service standards – only 5 star luxury will do.
• Someone who can create a memorable experience the guest will never forget.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Ability to deliver warmth, charm and hospitality in every aspect of the role
• Real pride and passion for what you do.
• Previous experience using Open Table
• To be familiar with all hotel services, hours of operation, key people & daily events.
• Excellent telephone manner, with a strong command of the English language
Overall you will have bags of personality, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.
