It was founded by Des Gunewardena and David Loewi (the eponymous D and D) in 2006, following a buyout of Conran Restaurants. Since then the company has become a vital player in London’s famous restaurant scene, owning some of the capital’s most celebrated restaurants, including Quaglino’s, Le Pont de la Tour, Bluebird and Coq d’Argent. Angler, has held a Michelin star since 2013. This rooftop, seafood restaurant sits at the top of D&D London’s 5-star boutique South Place Hotel. This award winning, luxury hotel in the City of London, has become a neighbourhood favourite and an international destination.

Angler’s menu is a celebration of, and formed principal from, our Native coasts which are rich and plenty bountiful of all things Fish, Shellfish & Crustacea. The food will draw inspiration principally from the wonderful roots of British Fish together with some European influences to bring additional choice & balance.

We are currently looking for an extraordinary Floor Manager, who will have exemplary service standards, charm, elegance, and warmth to engage both customers and employees.

We are looking for highly enthusiastic candidates who are open to new challenges, friendly, welcoming and ready to grow with the business. You will be looking after and motivating the entire team to achieve the best possible results and deliver an unforgettable experience to the guests.
