South Place Hotel is a luxury five-star hotel in the City of London. Having been open since 2012, South Place has become a neighborhood favorite and an international destination.

Angler Restaurant - Our Native coasts rich and plentiful bounty of all Fish, Shellfish & Crustacea, will form the principal elements of the menu; the food will draw inspiration from the wonderful roots of British Fish “Cookery” together with some European influences.

Role:  We are looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager who can confidently deliver exceptional, 5-star service to guests. At the same time, our Restaurant Manager will have the service, food and drink knowledge in order to lead the restaurant service and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will have a real pride and passion for what you do, with the ability to build a long-term relationships with guests.

Sunday and Monday closed. Max 48 Hours per week.

 What we are looking for:

  • To lead by example about service standards as required for a Michelin starred restaurant
  • To possess an outstanding knowledge of all food, wines, cooking techniques and allergy requirements to ensure guests can always be advised appropriately
  • Manage and maintain a strong and effective relationship with the kitchen team
  • Support the delivery of business strategies.
  • Seek and maximize revenue opportunities and minimize costs.
  • Develop a positive, direct, and open relationship with all colleagues throughout the business.
  • Be the driving force behind the restaurant ensuring it succeeds in all areas.
  • Agree and implement actions to continuously improve the guest experience.
  • To manage employees ensuring that the correct standards and methods of service are maintained.
