The Role: Pastry Chef de Partie 

The Restaurant:  Angler Restaurant

The Location: South Place Hotel, 3 South Pl, London EC2M 2AF

The Salary: Up To £13.50 per hour

A bit about what you will be doing: 



We are looking for a passionate Pastry Chef de Partie who can confidently deliver exceptional, 5 star service to guests. At the same time, our Chef de Partie will have the food knowledge and skills to help lead the brigade in order to deliver outstanding food and in turn, a superb guest experience. You will work alongside the Head Pastry Chef, Head Chef and Executive Chef to ensure consistent high standards in both service and kitchen management.

What we are looking for:

• Exceptional service standards – only 5 star luxury will do.
• Outstanding attention to detail, encouraging a culture of high standards throughout the team.
• Highly organised with the ability to communicate and delegate effectively where appropriate
• Real pride and passion for what you do.
• Previous experience of working as a Pastry Chef de Partie in a similar environment.
• High standards of Health & Safety and food hygiene.
• Consistent, high quality food that reflects our high standards
• Help support exciting concepts to contribute to menu development.
• An ambitious and career focused Chef.
• Overall you will have bags of personality, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.
