Angler, has held a Michelin star since 2013. This rooftop, seafood restaurant sits at the top of D&D London’s 5-star boutique South Place Hotel. This award winning, luxury hotel in the City of London, has become a neighbourhood favourite and an international destination.

Angler’s menu is a celebration of, and formed principal from, our Native coasts which are rich and plenty bountiful of all things Fish, Shellfish & Crustacea. The food will draw inspiration principally from the wonderful roots of British Fish together with some European influences to bring additional choice & balance.

With 45 diverse venues across 7 cities including London, New York and Paris - there is a restaurant for every occasion. Each of our sites pride themselves on the unique designs, the freshest produce and the most exclusive settings. A bit about what you will be doing:

 

As the Junior Sous Chef you will:

  • work with the senior kitchen team to ensure consistently high standards in both service and kitchen management. 
  • have good food knowledge and Health and Safety standards
  • have a passion for cooking and bags of enthusiasm
  • train, motivate and develop junior chefs
  •  have a pro-active and motivated attitude to their work and attention to detail 
  •  be a true leader who works well under pressure and understands working in a busy kitchen.
