Description
AQUAGRILL, NYC's top seafood restaurant is hiring a very special management professional! This is an opportunity for an experienced floor manager with strong wine knowledge and terrific customer service. Do you excel at running a busy dining room? Are you a manager who leads by example? We want you to join our team!

Responsibilities include:
*Supervising set up and service and handling patron satisfaction and staff performance
*Cashing out shifts
*Helping to hire, train and maintain company protocols for all front of house staff
* Inventory and Ordering of all alcohol, updating wine list
*Social media posting
*Opentable

This position is comprised of a 5 day work week, with a combination of lunch and dinner shifts, primarily evenings. Room for advancement, benefits available including paid time off and company contributions towards health insurance. Prior experience must include both server and management, plus a love for the details of fine service and refined customer service. Must be fully available including weekends.
