Arabica was born out of a passion for the food of the Levant - The sun drenched lands of the Eastern Mediterranean.

We’ve travelled extensively through the fertile valleys of Jordan, mountain villages of Lebanon and vibrant cities of Beirut, Istanbul, Tel Aviv, and Jerusalem. to procure the finest middle-eastern ingredients. We draw inspiration from a culinary kaleidoscope of delicacies discovered on our adventures, to recreate the deliciousness that epitomise the breadth of flavours, colours and textures of one of the world’s most exciting food cultures.



We are looking for a great candidate to manage one of our stalls in central London

The candidate will need to oversee and direct the seamless running of the Market Stall, by providing a highly efficient and effective service whilst ensuring that all financial and statutory requirements are met, and supporting the delivery of outstanding customer service. To implement delivery of the business strategy
