Description

Aster is a relaxed yet sophisticated all day dining brasserie with a modern European menu. Situated in the heart of London’s Victoria and adjacent to the Victoria Palace Theatre, it is set across two floors, comprising of a deli, an all-day restaurant, bar and outdoor terrace with a stylish, seasonal dining menu.

We are looking for a passionate  Pastry Sous Chef to join our team

As the Pastry Sous Chef you will:

  •  work with the Head Chef and restaurant management team to ensure consistent high standards 
  • oversee the Pastry division and develop the pastry offering
  • oversee all aspects of Health and Safety
  • train, motivate and develop junior chefs
  • Oversee service, sections and the pass
  • be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the kitchen from mise en place to service.
