Head Barista

A Westminster favourite, Aster is located in the Nova quarter of London’s Victoria, adjacent to the Victoria Palace Theatre. Designed by Russell Sage Studios, Aster is set across two floors, comprising of a café and deli on the ground floor, and an upstairs restaurant and bar. The upper floor restaurant offers views across Victoria, with a full stylish seasonal dining menu, featuring Nordic French cuisine. Aster’s interesting food concept and high standard of service create a truly luxury experience for its customers.

We are currently looking for a skilled and friendly Head Barista who can confidently deliver an exceptional service and engage our bar guests with captivating and intriguing personality. You will be familiar with coffee art service in order to impress the guests, lead the bar sales and deliver outstanding results.


• Being passionate about creating high standard coffees
• Being able to advise and recommend deli products to customers
• Support breakfast and Lunch service
• Equipment maintenance at all time
• Hours from 6am -3pm only Monday-Friday and Bank Holidays off

You will have a genuine passion for what you do, with the ability to engage with everyone around you in a warm and friendly style.
