HR Administrator (Part Time)


Description
Our success starts with our teams so we are looking for a bright and dedicated individual to join the Aubaine HR Team as an HR Administrator (Part time).

As a HR Administrator you will support with general HR administrative tasks, so you will have at least 1 year experience working in a similar role. Experience with a multi-site operation would be beneficial.

As an HR Administrator you will:

• Support with the recruitment & selection process, including but not limited to posting job adverts, screening CVs, phone interviewing candidates
• Draft contract, reference letters, offer letters, promotion letters, etc,.
• Ensure general HR administrative duties are completed: filing, scanning and photocopying
• Conduct / assist with note taking during investigation meetings, disciplinary, grievance meetings, probation review meetings, etc.
• Ensure that the HR Database (Fourth Hospitality) is updated at all times
• Support in the management of FLOW Hospitality system, including but not limited to setting up access for employees, running reports
• Carry out HR, Recruitment and Training audits on a monthly basis, or as requested by the company
