Our success starts with our teams so we are looking for an energetic, passionate and talented Sous Chef to join our team at Aubaine.

As a Sous Chef you will enjoy working with fresh ingredients, supporting and developing the more junior members of the kitchen brigade. This position will suit you if you are creative, motivated, organised and have at least 1 year experience in a similar role in a busy restaurant environment.

As a Sous Chef you will:

  • Be passionate about working with fresh, seasonal produce
  • Support Head Chef with menu planning, development and execution
  • Provide customers with the highest quality food at all times
  • Have great communication and leadership skills with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Support the Head Chef in maintaining or improving the budgeted GP and in ensuring that the company Health & Safety Policy is met at all times
  • Have good understanding of French / Mediterranean cuisine
