The 112-cover restaurant revolves around a spectacular central decanting bar, above which a huge illuminated chandelier sparkles with wine glasses, the perfect place for guests to sit and soak up the buzz of the room.

We are looking for a passionate Demi Chef de Partie who can confidently deliver exceptional, 5-star service to guests. At the same time, our Demi Chef de Partie will have the food knowledge and skills to support the team in order to deliver outstanding food, and in turn a superb guest experience. You will work with the senior kitchen team, leading and supporting on various sections to ensure consistently high standards in both service and kitchen management.
