Cake decorator
Description
Decorators report to the Head Decorator. You will work to maintain the highest level of aesthetic quality, consistency, cleanliness, and organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
Wedding cake experience
You can single-handedly construct, compose, and decorate a wedding cake without supervision.
Work Ethic
Your punctual, quick on your feet, and a team player.
Food Safety
Follow all NYC DOH and Baked food safety standards vigilantly. Your friends should know you as the FIFO master.
Efficiency and Flow
Work swiftly and accurately so that customers are quickly attended to
Knowledge
Know our product backwards and forwards; from the sweet & salty cake swirl to our wedding cake aesthetic.
EXPERIENCE
Completed a pastry arts degree or certificate (must)
Worked in a professional kitchen for 2+ years (must)
food handler’s certification (must)
