Chef de Partie - Bao Fitzrovia
BAO is looking for talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partie for our Fitzrovia restaurant.
Awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand, BAO serves innovative Asian dishes in an informal, fast-paced setting. BAO specialises in ‘xiao chi’ small snacks and ‘bao’ steamed milk buns, each individually made to a secret recipe the trio have spent years developing. The menus feature “Xiao Chi” – small eats – and a selection of sharing dishes.

As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for the preparation of outstanding dishes to wow our guests, maintaining stock levels, following HACCP procedures and training new and junior staff.
If you have the following, then we want to hear from you:
• Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie in a quality restaurant;
• Experience in or a passion for Asian cuisine (preferred but not essential);
• A highly creative approach to your work with excellent attention to detail;
• Passionate about hospitality and willing to learn new skills;
• Personable, motivated and an enthusiastic team player.
