Barrafina


Barrafina is a Spanish tapas bar, Dean Street has held a Michelin star since 2014. We have four Barrafina locations in London, Coal Drops Yard in Kings Cross, Adelaide Street, Drury Lane in Covent Garden and Dean Street, Soho. Each restaurant has an open kitchen, a beautiful marble-topped bar where guests can sit and watch the chefs at work on stylish red leather stools. The a la carte menus comprise authentic regional dishes from around Spain. There is also a daily changing specials menu. The succinct wine list features the finest Spanish sherries, Cavas and wines.


The Role


Under the direction of Angel Zapata Martin, Executive Chef, you will work as part of a team to prepare tapas dishes in a customer facing, open kitchen.

·       Experience in a restaurant kitchen

·       Passion for food and learning a cuisine

·       Taking responsibility and showing commitment towards your career

·       Good knowledge of our menus, ingredients, and allergens

·       Good level of English language

·       Adherence to all Food Safety and hygiene standards

·       Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues
