The Role: Recruitment Manager

Salary: Up to £45,000

Location: Central London/Field Based

Department: People Team

Reports to: Head of People

At Bill’s we’re looking for an experienced and driven Recruitment Manager to ensure the effective recruitment and retention of the best talent and people for Bills in your region(s). You will manage and lead the full recruitment and talent cycle for management positions, building strong and collaborative partnerships with business leaders whilst coaching and supporting hiring managers to recruit effectively for team members roles, actively supporting succession and people planning activities in your region(s).

About you?

• Strong experience as a Recruitment/Talent Manager recruiting for multiple sites/locations
• High levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
• Strong levels of relationship building is essential
• Must be self-motivated, proactive, and driven, passionate about working in a partnering capacity and driving continuous improvement
• Must have amazing organisational, communication and timekeeping skills
• Ideally would be used to working in a similar size company
