Description
We are a chef-driven fine dining restaurant located in the West Village. We are looking for a leader that is passionate about hospitality, service and team building, with a strong work ethic to help set and maintain the highest standards of service and professionalism.

The ideal industry professional has strong leadership qualities and availability to work in a full-time capacity.
Experience in a fine dining Michelin caliber restaurant strongly preferred.
DOH certification required. Experience with OpenTable, Microsoft Word, Excel, ScheduleFly, and Micros.

- Wine/beverage knowledge
- High level professionalism and ability to communicate and lead teams with authority and neutrality
- Integrity and personally dedicated to honesty and transparency with staff and management
- Excellence in doing what needs to be done, as well as it can possibly be done
- Hospitality with the ability to deliver an "above and beyond" experience for our guests
- Excellent communication skills (verbal/oral/listening)
- Excellent dining room and facilities operations knowledge
- Excellent food and beverage knowledge
- Strong attention to detail
- Multi-tasking
- Problem solving & delegation
- Initiative & follow through
