Description
POSITION: FAST GOOD TRAINING MANAGER
The Training Manager is Fast Good’s Ambassador of Hospitality responsible for service training programs. This position exemplifies enlightened hospitality and achieves the highest level of service excellence by coaching and inspiring employees to seek opportunities to exceed guests’ expectations at all times. Travel requirements. This position reports to the Director of Learning and Engagement.

ROLE
Innovate, teach, learn, commit, grow and create the strongest team of hospitality agents. Show passion, create teamwork, communicate, and exemplify how to be an Ambassador of Hospitality.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead, teach, and develop teams to execute recipes and procedures correctly
• Coordinates and assists with the training and implementation of new rollouts
• Develops training succession plan at all levels
• Effectively partners with management to analyze operational and developmental opportunities and creates strategic solutions that support the field leadership teams
• Assists in training through seminars/meetings and leads meetings using concept-approved programs to insure consistency
• Assists in enhancement of and execution of training plans for new restaurant opening training (NRO) Task Force
• Collaborates with management to ensure that the highest level of training and execution is delivered
• Identifies and certifies trainers for each position
• Tracks all hourly and management training progress for new employees when possible
• Coordinates training materials
• Assists with pre-shift meetings to bring training updates. Create Excitement and Inspire.
• Work with trainers, side by side to ensure training methods are effective
• Meet regularly with trainers to develop team and to solicit feedback
• Assist with the administrative tasks to maintain training program

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
• Minimum 1 year of management experience
• Previous field training position or multi-unit experience preferred
• New Restaurant Opening experience preferred
• Proven understanding and success in operations to include but not limited to excellence in operational execution, team, and sales building
• Very strong written, verbal and presentation skills required
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Extremely organized and skilled in prioritizing multiple projects
• Self-disciplined, highly motivated, and able to work independently
• Displays the ability to identify problems and suggest solutions in accordance with quality operating standards
• Working knowledge of all Microsoft applications to include Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Passion for training and developing people, Beefsteak culture and brand

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
• Must have new restaurant opening experience
• Must be able to travel up to 50% of work schedule
• Must be able to work for extended periods of time, beyond the normal 9-5
