Description
We are looking for a Full Time Night Porter to assist in the daily operations of the hostel.

St. Christopher's Inn Edinburgh achieves high occupancy and offers outstanding budget accommodation catering for backpackers, families and groups.

You will support the team by:

-Offering a quality experience for our customers;
-Ensuring the smooth operation of the hostel and its systems.
-Ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests.

The successful candidate will have:

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Knowledge of property management systems (PMS/CMS) is preferred
-Creative problem solving skills
-Enthusiasm, creativity and initiative
-Excellent administrative skills
-The ability to assist in managing a small and close-knit team of staff
-Strong commitment to customer service
-Previous experience with a similar role is an essential requirement

This position will require weekend work and overnight shifts. If you have a great work ethic and enjoy a challenge we would love to hear from you.
