As a Back Server/Busser, a typical day might include the following:
• As guests are arriving in our venues you are greeting them with a welcoming smile.
• You are able to accurately transport food from the kitchen to the desired table.
• You are able to assist servers in all aspect of the guest experience.
• You are able to assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
• Promote Big Night Entertainment Group Restaurants and Venues in a positive and professional manner.
• You are able to work well with others as you will be working with other back servers/bussers, servers, bartenders, and
management.
• You are able to remember guest’s names and utilize them when appropriate.
• You are able to resolve service problems with empathy and according to guidelines.
• Your work area is maintained, clean and stocked.
• Other duties to be assigned based on venues requirements.
