As a Box Office Attendant, a typical day might include the following:
• Maintain the highest level of guest service, managing and resolving in person and phone customer service issues, in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide superior customer service to the consumer.
• Interact positively and communicate effectively externally with venue guests, all staff members and all others during daily interactions.
• Cash Handling; Bank Procedures and Check-out Procedures
• Maintain superior customer service both in person and over the phones
• Running Ticket Program on Computer for Sales
• Processing Opening and Closing Paperwork
• Knowledge of Talent and Entertainment
• Adhere to all Big Night Live ticketing initiatives, programs, policies, procedures, and standards.
