Recruitment Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Recruitment Manager to the join the People Team at Bill's Restaurants.


We are looking for a self-starter who can manage a varied workload and enjoys being challenged in a fast paced environment. The role will have a heavy focus on both recruitment and retention of our management team, finding the right candidates and safeguarding the candidate experience and our brand image. Ensuring candidates are effectively communicated to regarding their recruitment status at all times, including offers and regrets. Working alongside our Operations Managers & partnering with the Operations Director, your role will be to shape and deliver the organisation's strategy through the attraction and recruitment of talented individuals, through direct sourcing and networking. 


Focusing on front of house Management but supporting when needed with back of house Management and team member recruitment, you will be responsible for vacancies throughout the UK. You will be based in London, but will be required to travel across the UK as required.


This is an extremely busy role and you must have recruitment experience in hospitality.  The ideal candidate will be highly organised, able to plan your time and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
