Grill Chef job role:

• You embrace learning and developing within your role.
• You have full knowledge of the brand, are excellent in the kitchen and on food prep and can deliver top-level customer service.
• You are uncompromising on awesome food and customer service.
• You are kind.
• You show initiative in driving sales throughout the shift.
• You are mentor to team members in both food preparation and service.
• You cook the beef and bring the magic.
• You are an expert on every kitchen position, lead prep, support managers and make sure the team is always ready for service.
• You have an excellent eye for details enabling us to serve world class burgers.

The ideal Grill Chef candidate:

·       Has experience as a Grill Chef.

·       Wants to spend most of their shift being central to the kitchen, and cooking patties to perfection.

·       Is happy to get involved in other areas, such as preparation, cleaning and serving customers when required.

·       Loves interacting with people.

·       Calm under pressure.

·       Passionate about food.

·       Loves awesome beef.
