Bluebird is one of Chelsea’s favourite destinations, steeped in history and with striking art deco design, offering guests a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of King’s Road. An all-day dining destination and multi-faceted venue, offering everything from the relaxed courtyard and café, to the refined award-winning restaurant and bar. The Grade II listed building, originally designed by Robert Sharp in 1923 as the Bluebird Motor Garage, is now iconic in the restaurant scene celebrated as Chelsea’s leading neighbourhood restaurant on a grand scale.

Alexander & Björck have one simple aim, the production of fabulous events, evoking luxury, style and elegance through creative design and gastronomy in London’s unique and historical venues.

We are partnered with D&D London, a renowned diverse group of luxury restaurants, bars and hotels based principally in London, but also with venues in Paris and New York.

We are looking for 2 temporary Freelance Junior Sous Chefs with a previous experience in high quality and high-volume London event catering to join our team

The candidates should be experienced in delivering successful events for 50 – 1,000 guests in London’s unique venues and challenging event spaces.

They should be able to manage and co-run the production kitchen alongside the head chef.

As a leader you will build a motivated and integrated team by clearly communicating expectations and providing constructive feedback, identify training needs and manage and assist in the training so that required standards are achieved
