Demi Chef de Partie

The Grade II listed building, originally designed by Robert Sharp in 1923 as the Bluebird Motor Garage, is now iconic in the restaurant scene celebrated as Chelsea’s leading neighbourhood restaurant on a grand scale.

We are looking for a passionate Demi Chef de Partie who can confidently deliver exceptional, 5-star service to guests. At the same time, our Demi Chef de Partie will have the food knowledge and skills to support the team in order to deliver outstanding food, and in turn a superb guest experience. You will work with the senior kitchen team, leading and supporting on various sections to ensure consistently high standards in both service and kitchen management.
