The ideal candidate:

Effectively washes pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, glasses, and traps; maintains neat appearance of working areas and cleaning equipment storage areas.
Maintains all storage areas, so they are clean, organized according to company/local government standards
Washes worktables, walls and refrigerators
Operates dishwashing machine according to standard operating procedure
Follows all procedures and meets food hygiene regulations
Participates in all deep cleaning of the BOH and FOH operations as needed
Performs general cleaning duties, such as sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming, tidying up stations, emptying bins, checking and cleaning bathrooms
Skills and qualifications:

Minimum two years' porter experience in a high-volume cafe environment
Accreditation with Department of Health for Food Protection Certificate is preferable
Ability to work in high-pressure environments
Attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
