Premium cafe and coffee brand, Bluestone Lane, is on the lookout for energetic and experienced Team Captains to join our fast-growing Los Angeles team!

Australian inspired, Bluestone Lane, is quickly expanding from the east to the west coast of America and beyond, makes a difference to our locals' daily ritual, every day. With a keen attention to detail, quality service and human connection, we are looking for likeminded individuals to join our team. Contributes positively to the team environment, works cohesively with others to deliver exceptional experiences to locals
Upholds the standards of Bluestone Lane and the store through example, self-discipline, 100% consistency and continuous improvement.
Ability to perform under pressure and maintain positive interactions with locals, making them feel appreciated and valued throughout interactions
Reliable and hardworking your teammates can always count on you!
Maintain an organized and hygienic working environment, cleans routinely and restocks as required
Perform well under pressure and maintain efficient, friendly service
Skills and qualifications:

Minimum two years' experience in service leadership role
People management and training experience
Minimum three years' experience in a customer service environment and a passion to provide an exceptional customer experience
Attention to detail and strong communication skills
Experience in, and an ability to use a Point of Sale (POS) system
