Bluestone Lane, New York's premier coffee experience, is on the lookout for energetic and experienced Baristas & Servers to join the team.
Bluestone Lane is an Australian inspired, primarily New York based café and coffee brand (but fast expanding around the US!) that makes a difference to our Locals' daily ritual, every day. With a keen attention to detail, quality and service we are looking for the best in the business to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are a team player and have customer service experience then we want to hear from you.

The ideal candidate:
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment - loves the buzz!
- Make locals feel appreciated and valued throughout interactions.
- Dial in and maintain consistent espresso extraction as per Bluestone Lane brew ratios (for Barista role)
- Follow all Bluestone Lane drink recipes and procedures and complete in a timely manner (for Barista role)
- Is reliable and hardworking - arrives on time ready to crush it
- Maintain an organized and hygienic working environment, clean routinely and restock as required
- Perform well under pressure and maintain efficient, friendly service
To be considered, you will possess
- Minimum one years’ experience in a customer service environment and a passion to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Minimum one years’ experience in crafting specialty espresso beverages using a manual machine (for Barista role)
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Latte art skills and an understanding of extraction (for Barista role)
- Experience in, and an ability to use a Point of Sale (POS) system
