Description
This position is responsible for baking all product in a gluten free bakery, creating quality baked goods. in
accordance with process and quality standards so as to meet production schedules assigned. Under the
direct supervision of the Production Supervisor, the Baker(s) are responsible for all preparation needed
to scale ingredients, mix batter(s),deposit and bake in specification of each product. The Baker must
ensure any equipment set up is accurate. Verifies weights and documents actual units made on bench
report. Ensures that all steps in their specific area of concentration are taken to obtain the highest
standards.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Scaling, mixing, depositing, and baking all products.
-Enforcing a clean and organized work environment 
-Completing shift work, as assigned, in a timely and thorough manner in accordance with bakery
standards. 
-Maintaining sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies within working area. 
-Following principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment, ensuring corporate
and OSHA safety standards are followed.
-Follow product through all stages of production making adjustments where necessary to
maintain standards and customer satisfaction

EXPERIENCE:
-At least 1 year of Pastry/Bakery experience
-Gluten Free experience a plus
