Boutique hotel in Hollywood is seeking a Catering Sales Manager to join the team!

This role includes soliciting new business and responding to business inquiries. It is goal based and involves managing all sales calls, site visits, and cold calling. This person must be a team player! He or she will collaborate with supporting departments and executive management to achieve sales goals and to create BEO’s and event layouts based on client needs and operation abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Driving business and sales
- Handling inquiries professionally and promptly
- Giving property tours and conducting tastings
- Networking and developing client and peer relationships
- Generating BEO’s based on needs
- Proactively follows up with leads/open ended items

Requirements:
- 3+ years of Catering/Event Management experience in a hotel setting
- A developed understanding of the Los Angeles market
- Very detail-oriented
- Proven success with achieving sales goals
- Strong network already in place
