Description
Republique is the renowned French-Californian restaurant, café, and bar owned and operated by Chefs Walter and Margarita Manzke. (Chef Margarita was a James Beard award semifinalist for Outstanding Pastry Chef!) République opened its doors in December of 2013 and since has appeared on many ‘best-of’ lists, and was awarded Los Angeles Magazine’s ‘Best New Restaurant’ for 2014. Walter and Margarita are also at the helm of Petty Cash Taqueria, Sari Sari Store, and Wildflour Bakery and Café in the Philippines.

Currently looking for a Manager to help lead the FOH team!

Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years+ experience as a restaurant manager
• Background in Michelin, Forbes, and/or fine dining establishments
• Knowledge of wine, craft beer & cocktails and current food trends
• Committed to providing high standards of service
• Continually strives for guest satisfaction
• Ability to maintain the restaurant’s culture and standards
• Can lead and develop team members through frequent coaching and feedback
• Excellent communicator; both verbal and written
• Understands how to effectively prioritize own tasks and delegates to others as appropriate
• Proactive problem solver
• Excellent multi-tasker and able to remain calm under pressure
• Understanding of James Beard a plus

Compensation a base salary, discretionary bonus, and medical benefits paid in full for the employee.
