Description
Reports to:
Pastry Chef, Executive Chef

Description:
Pastry Cook has the responsibility of following the duties and tasks assigned by the Pastry Chef including:
-Preparing desserts and plating desserts for service
-Pastry Production
-Ensuring that we are serving the highest quality product possible
- Following all policies, procedures & standards set by the Executive
Chef, Pastry Chef & corporate office
-following and ensuring compliance with food safety & handling policies and procedures

-Helping to Control all department costs by:
maintaining adequate food inventory
waste monitoring

Qualifications:
-At least 2 years experience in a fast pace, high volume restaurant
- Works well with others
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a high level
attention to detail
-Ability to work under demanding and strenuous situations
-Strong verbal and written communication in English
-Able to take direction & constructive criticism
