Assistant Manager

Our Assistant Managers deputies in the absence of the General Manager, and are responsible for the daily operation of the restaurant ensuring we are always setup for success, inclusive of business performance, standards of food, service, health & safety, and most importantly guest experience.

You’ll need to be:
- Comfortable leading a team from the front, giving them constructive feedback and teaching them along the way.
- Experience with the day to day operation of a face-paced restaurant environment.
- Positive work attitude, with the ability to multitask.
- Have a passion for delivering first class service.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Regulations.
- Understanding of budgets, KPIs and P&L.

Please note that due to the nature of the industry, you will be required to work on a shift basis on a rota basis.

Only successful candidates will be contacted for interview/voluntary trial shift.

All applicants will be required to prove that they are legally allowed to work in the United Kingdom.
