Position Description

We are looking for a Product Manager who will be responsible for driving the development and success of our products throughout their lifecycle. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to define product strategy, gather requirements, and ensure the delivery of exceptional products that meet customer needs and business goals.


Role and Responsibilities 

Typical duties and responsibilities for a Product Manager position may include but not limited to: 

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligned with business objectives

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities, user needs, and industry trends

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to gather product requirements, define features, and prioritize product backlog

  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of product features and enhancements

  • Define and track key product metrics to measure the success and impact of product initiatives

  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product experiences

  • Lead product launches, including coordinating marketing efforts, conducting user testing, and ensuring smooth rollouts

  • Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on product features to drive continuous improvement

  • Stay up-to-date with industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management

  • Act as a product evangelist, representing the product internally and externally, and driving awareness and adoption

  • Knowledge sharing and culture building as we work in team structure, it is very essential to have the spirit of sharing the knowledge.

  • Keep aligned with HARRI’s team(s) coding and design standards.

  • Ability to communicate and work well with others.

  • Ability to deliver on time keeping a high quality of work.

  • To quickly become an expert in our tech stack, specifically the systems relating to your role. Requesting training when required. 

  • Check in with your line manager and update on your progress. 

  • To live and breathe the Harri Company values.

  • Comply with Harri Health & Safety policy & regulations. 



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of product management methodologies, processes, and best practices.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to gather and analyze market and user data to make informed product decisions.

  • Experience with agile development methodologies and cross-functional teamwork.

  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and user-centered design approaches.

  • Passion for technology and innovation, with a strong customer focus.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks.

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
