Harri - SAAS Sales Account Executive, London

Harri is changing the way hospitality organisations deliver the end to end employee experience. From applicant to senior leader, Harri’s platform helps operators like The Ivy Collection, KFC, Papa John’s, Radisson Hotels and Cote find, engage and engage with their people.

Based in London’s West End, Harri has global offices in the US, India, and the Middle East and was recently named Top 50 Startup by LinkedIn.

Hospitality is in our DNA, from our CEO’s early days as a restaurateur, and we are set on forever changing the landscape of our industry. The last 3 years has seen Harri evolve into an end to end Digital People Platform for enterprise businesses in the UK, EMEA and now through APAC. With more than 30 modules, the platform provides solutions for talent acquisition, employer branding, applicant tracking, scheduling, time & attendance, communications, compliance, and analytics.

We are now expanding the team to take advantage of this unprecedented demand.

 

THE OPPORTUNITY & WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We need curious, creative, entrepreneurial sales professionals who hunt and build relationships in their sleep. 

As an SAAS Sales Account Executive, you are mission critical to the success of Harri’s next chapter…

  • Managing the sales process from active leads sourcing to closing deals in the EMEA Hospitality sector and other service industries such as Retail and Health Care.

  • This is an enterprise account executive position, so you will need to have experience of sales into the above markets that have 2,500+ employees and at least 4 years’ experience.

  • You'll collaborate with the entire sales and marketing organisation to curate and deploy multi-touch sales campaigns, analysing the market and scheduling appointments. 

  • Demonstrate superior negotiation skills with the ability to write formal proposals, respond to technical RFP’s, and structure high-value contracts.

  • Mastery of the platform and the ability to engage with all key stakeholders is essential to the role as you’ll be selling Workforce Management, Analytics and Payroll software in addition to our market leading Talent Acquisition software.

  • Reports to the UK Commercial Director
