Billing & Finance Coordinator
*Maternity Cover - 20 hours a week, 6-month fixed contract

Who are you
We are looking for a trustworthy Billing & Finance Coordinator to ensure accuracy across the billing and collections cycle. Working with multiple teams across countries, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely revenue collection and have the opportunity to contribute to process improvements as the business continues to grow.
Billing & Finance Coordinator Responsibilities
Generate accurate billing reports from Salesforce and work with the Accounts team to produce regular invoicing runs.
Ensure Direct Debit mandates are sent to, and set up, by new clients
Manage Accounts Receivable email inbox to respond to client questions & queries in a timely manner
Aged debtor management to ensure quick resolution for overdue invoices. Request payment of outstanding debts in a firm yet considerate manner.
Escalate non-payers as appropriate, and manage the external debt-collection process.
Resolve disagreements between the company and its creditors. Negotiate payment plan arrangements when needed
Track and request approval of client requests for credit notes/refunds
Update all internal systems consistently with new information (customer information, received payments, billing issues etc.)
Collaborate with Accounts, Finance, Sales and Customer Success teams. Undertake Weekly reporting & communications to ensure all are up-to-date with invoice status for their clients
Regular reconciliation between CRM records and invoiced amounts to identifying errors
Desired Skills
Relevant experience as Billing & Finance Coordinator or similar position
Understanding relevant laws and best practices are very beneficial
Great IT and data entry skills - Excel/Google Sheets proficiency is important, and Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
Comfortable with numbers and financial data
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to be assertive when dealing with challenging conversations
Great attention to detail
Excellent ability to organize and coordinate tasks
Trustworthy and discrete with confidential information
