As a member of the Carluccio’s Cocktail Bar team, we want you to devote your time & attention to delivering extraordinary guest experiences. To work on a hotel bar you must be a fountain of cocktail knowledge able to advice and delight our guests with your expertise and charisma.

Your Skills
- Throughout your career with us you will be given the opportunity to train and develop additional skills as you grow.
- To work within our fantastic Marriott hotel locations we ask our team members to have the following skills and behaviours.
- Experience working within a service lead cocktail bar
- Your charisma and confidence is naturally authentic
- You understand the subtle ways to adapt your style to the guests needs
- Be enthusiastic and passionate for our products and the service you provide
- Focused on delivering the very best service, time & time again
- A good grasp of the English language, able to communicate politely to our guests
- As a team player, you never say ‘that’s not my job’, we all work together
- Able to work at pace whilst multitasking to maintain the highest quality service
- Willing to learn, develop and go above and beyond
- Hotel experience advantageous but not essential
- Understand that working on a bar requires late nights (but its worth it for the guests)
