The Role:

The Corporate Support Analyst will support the day-to-day operational activities of the mission-critical infrastructure that ensure our Support Center IT systems and their team member’s IT needs run at peak performance. This position ensures that Support Center Technology and its users have everything they need to get the job done by working across the organization to identify, research, and resolve technical problems and participating in projects that enhance technical and support capabilities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be an IT go-to for the Support Center providing system support, equipment, specialized training, and technical guidance to those who need it.
  • Serve as a welcoming face of CAVA IT, providing employees, ongoing support for Desktop systems.
  • Onboard corporate employees and provide ongoing support for Desktop systems.
  • Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software and systems management tools.\Deploy operating systems such as Microsoft Windows Desktop OS, Apple MacOS and mobile OS in compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Perform management and provisioning of Office365 services including creation of user accounts, application installations, user training and troubleshooting.
  • Use Powershell for day-to-day administration.
  • Perform Microsoft Active Directory management of user and OU, GPO, DNS
  • Manage and administer for patch management, remote control, OS deployment, hardware and software inventory including: OneLogin, JAMF, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian Jira, ConnectWise, etc.
  • Configure collaboration tools: Sharepoint, Teams, Atlassian Confluence
  • Support and manage Microsoft Windows Server.
  • Manage network equipment switches, firewalls, access points.
  • Be a supportive and reliable IT ambassador

The Skills:

  • Several years of success serving in a multifaceted, fast paced Desktop Support Role (Windows, MacOS, Linux, etc.) multicomponent, solving issues across an organization and helping end users both in house and remote
  • Masterfully work with software, hardware, and network concepts, always seeking to learn more and share your knowledge.
  • Success working with desktop computer systems, tickets, and Microsoft applications.
  • Be able to use your technical expertise to give instructions to a non-technical audience to empower them to learn to be confident users
  • Have superior analytical and problem-solving skills with in and out of the box solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems with end user tools in a thoughtful way
  • Be the approachable helper that people seek out and then walk away thankful
  • Communicate through all channels to technical and non-technical audiences at all levels of the organization in a generous way.
  • Be a time sensitive, focused on goals, deadline under pressure, commitment driven team player
  • Have a can-do attitude, there is nothing too BIG or too small and as a team we get it done.
  • Have a detail-oriented mindset, be self-directed and able to work to find the answers
  • Work with project management tools such Jira, Sitefolio to successfully track and deliver projects on time plus raise your hand if you see a possible derailment
  • Capture comprehensive, clear, and concise documentation for today use and the future.
  • Have a full understanding of hardware and software with the ability to connect the dots and provide the “why”.
  • Be Open and have an eagerness to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Serve as a constant go-to resource as well as a reliable member of the team. 
  • AWS and Azure console and native services experience is a plus
  • Meraki, Fortinet, Aerohive experience is a plus.
  • Previous experience with Jira Portal forms and SIL (or similar plugin) is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and other office equipment
  • Must be able to identify, analyze and assess details
  • For certain positions, must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively
  • Constantly positions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food production support or office operations, as applicable
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
