Rare opportunity to join a well respected and lauded chef & restaurant in Los Angeles.
Minimum 3-5+ years' experience in a full service, fine dining General Manager role. Managers must be service driven and have the ability to problem solve and think quick on their feet. Knowledge of bar/beverage programs is a plus. Required to know how to read & operate P&L, cost controls, labor controls, and all financials.
