Description

Chi'Lantro is seeking a People Operations Admin. In this role you will be responsible to perform administrative duties related to the operations to ensure the success of the Human Resources department.


What You'll Do
  • Review existing training programs; suggest enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning and retention and/or meet the changing needs of guests, the company, and the industry.
  • Answers and directs departmental phone calls.
  • Schedules and organizes appointments and interviews.
  • Proofreads and types documents and correspondence produced by department.
  • Tracks all training and licenses to ensure compliance with state and local guidelines.
  • Prepares associate files for onboarding and orientation.
  • Verifies I9 documents and forms in both electronic and paper form.
  • Creates and distributes email announcements to new employees.
  • Performs electronic and paper employment record file audits, identifies deficiencies, and collaborates with associates to update and maintain current information.
  • Coordinates benefit administration through processing of insurance enrollments, terminations, and changes while responding to employee inquiries.
  • Assists with preparation of human resource reports such as attendance, new hire, and turnover reports.
  • Communicates with leaders regarding candidate status in a timely and professional manner.
  • Posts and advertises open positions.
  • Assists team members in contacting the appropriate organizations for answers to their benefits questions.
  • Provides research and statistical information to staff in collecting, preparing and analyzing the information for use in implementation of procedures and policies.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Who You Are
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Administrative training preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, balance multiple responsibilities, set priorities, and solve problems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and situations.
  • Professional maturity.
  • Ability to work independently and set personal goals, tasks and strategies.
  • Ability to maintain confidential equipment.
