Third Space hosts six of London’s luxury health clubs across inspiring central London locations. All clubs are individual in style and bound by a common philosophy; to provide outstanding fitness spaces that our members feel are their own. We recently created a brand new role within our Member Concierge team to ensure that are able to deliver above and beyond the 5* service that our members already expect. We currently have an opening for a Concierge Supervisor to join the team and assist the Operations Manager with the smooth running of the team. You'll assist with planning, organising and coordinating all member concierge activities. This is an excellent developmental role for an experienced team member who is looking to progress into a management role in line with our business growth and the opening of new clubs.

You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure our members have an amazing experience every time they visit the club and you’ll also be regularly involved in responding to member feedback, ensuring complaints are resolved in a timely and appropriate manner, escalating where required and implementing changes resulting from the complaints. As well as ensuring the day to day operation of the Member Concierge service is executed, you’ll support the Operations Manager in all aspects of team management, including recruitment and assessment, inducting and on boarding our new team members and the development of our existing team, through ongoing and regular training, giving feedback and contributing to team meetings and initiatives.

It’s essential that in order to be successful in this role, you'll need to have a good, solid understanding of our Member Concierge service as well as the attributes we would look for in a developing leader. You’ll be an excellent communicator, solutions focused, self-motivated and an enthusiastic team player and contributor.

The Concierge team at Marylebone start as early as 5:15 in the mornings during the week and can finish as late as 23:00, as well as being open on a Saturday and Sunday, so it’s important to consider these factors before applying.
