We're looking for an experienced Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in leading our new Coppa Club in Streatley.
We believe in paying our Sous Chef for every hour they work PLUS as Sous Chef, you'll receive pay every TWO WEEKS!
About the role:
As a Sous Chef you will be involved in all aspects of the kitchen management including motivating and leading the team, ensuring food standards are kept high, ordering and supplier liaison, training and coaching more junior staff, assisting with the large functions that are held on site, as well as ensuring all HACCP and COSHH requirements.
