General Manager - New Opening in Putney

We are bringing another Clubhouse for locals to make their own in Putney!

We are on the look out for an exceptional General Manager to join our community and lead this exciting new opening in Putney. You will be a true leader, have a passion for high quality food and service, boast-worthy commercial acumen mixed with a consistent focus on talent development. And of course, you will have a knack for creating great experiences for guests and teams alike!

What will make you a great fit

• You have new site opening experience 
• You come with experience of working within premium branded, high-volume restaurants and managing a large team of people.
• You take full responsibility of your P&L but never compromise on service.
• You have the charisma to connect with your guests and inspire your team. 
• You have demonstrable experience in developing, coaching and training your team to achieve their goals.
• You're a stickler for  attention to detail; you’ll take pride in delivering only the best food and service standards but in an informal and fun environment.
• You're a strong multi-tasker and an organised manager who ensures that all processes are followed including consistently delivering on Health & Safety and Food Hygiene.
• You're systems literate- able to analyse a stock result as much as your P&L.
  
• You have the gift of excellent and flexible communication. From your weekly internal Management meetings to responding to your online reviews, you have an engaging but clear communication style.
• You're a confident decision maker, initiative taker and a solution finder.
